Delivery Times

Delivery is free.
Delivery normally takes between 7 - 10 working days.

Damaged Jewel Case

If a CD jewel case is damaged when you receive it from us, we will be happy to mail you a replacement. Simply send us an email via our contact page .

Returns Policy

MSOUK must be notified prior to a return being performed.

To return an item to us simply fill out the returns form below and one of the MSOUK team will email you to confirm the return of the item and either an exchange or refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, we will exchange or refund the product price via the original method of payment only. If you request a replacement, we will despatch your replacement item (subject to availability) once we receive the return.

You must return defective or damaged goods within 14 days of our original shipment date to you.
